Missouri is looking forward to hosting you on Thursday, July 31, 2025- Sunday, August 3, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri for our 2025 CWWT Family Reunion.   We are praying for good health and safe travels for everyone.  Kansas City has so much to offer, and our team has been hard at work to make your vacation/reunion an exciting and safe time for everyone. We are thankful to God for sparing us this opportunity to come together. Our family is truly like a tree. Our Hotel room rate is $150.00 (plus tax) per night with breakfast included.  Be sure to mention the CWWT Family Reunion to get this rate. THE DEADLINE FOR HOTEL REGISTRATION IS 7/03/2025. For those who arrive early to vacation before and/or after the reunion, we have arranged for the rate to be the same $150.00, from Tuesday 7/27/2025 to Wednesday 8/6/2025. We encourage everyone who is attending the reunion to book through our contact Roxie Burns ASAP to reserve your room. 

The EARLYBIRD SPECIAL rates for the 2025 CWWT REGISTRATION COSTS ARE $130.00 PER PERSON 13 AND OVER. Costs are $95.00 per person 5-12 years of age, and $15 for children under 5 years. This great rate is available until February 16, 2025 and includes your t-shirt, food for the Hospitality Room, Family Cookout, Banquet, and all Administrative Costs!  After February 16, 2025, the rates will be 140.00 PER PERSON 13 AND OVER. Costs are $105.00 per person 5-12 years of age, and $15 for children under 5 years. The FINAL DEADLINE FOR CWWT REGISTRATION IS 6/29/2025.

We invite you to pay your registration fees Online via Credit Card.  You must complete the information on BOTH the “Registration Ticket” and the online “Registration Form” tabs.  We then want you to go to the “Who’s Coming” Icon to let everyone know you are will be in attendance. 
 

You are also welcome to complete your registration by paper and mail them to Demetrius Gary, CWWT National Treasurer.  You will still need to complete your free online "Who’s Coming" tab, print out the registration form, and mail your check or money order to:

We will use this website as our primary CWWT Family Reunion registration communication source . We also have other web-based communication on Yahoo Groups and on Facebook CWWT Family, where you can see pictures of the past reunions, posted announcements, and upcoming events. 

MCI Airport is about (23 miles) 30 minutes from the hotel. The hotel does NOT offer shuttle transporation, but suggests KC Shuttle services such as 5 Guys Transporation at https://5gtkc.com/, Leader Limo at https://www.leaderlimo.com/, or Quicksilver Shuttle at https://goquicksilver.com/ for transportation TO and FROM the airport.  Other transportation resources are Uber and Lyft. The City of Kansas City, Missouri does offers a FREE Street Car Service that travels 2 miles through the heart of downtown Kansas City https://kcstreetcar.org/. Please note, this Street Car unfortunately does not provide trips to/from the airport.
